Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business avenues through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients to drive sales and retain business.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients, articulating the value of company products or services.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote offerings and grow the company’s network.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, support) to deliver tailored solutions and maximize client satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, maintain CRM data, and track key sales performance metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong market research and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics software.
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships and network effectively.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
