Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Development

  • Independently generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry networking.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline across US, UK, and MENA markets.
  • Research target industries (real estate, SaaS, PropTech, and IT services) to identify decision-makers and business opportunities.

Consultative Selling

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, pain points, and business goals.
  • Position VortexWeb’s solutions (CRM, integrations, SaaS, custom apps) as tailored answers to client challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, demos, and proposals in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Create clear business cases and ROI-driven proposals to support deal closure.

Sales Execution & Closing

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualifying → solutioning → negotiation → closing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to ensure smooth handover after sales closure.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company policies.

Market Development

  • Stay updated on regional IT/CRM trends, competitor offerings, and industry movements.
  • Provide feedback to management on market demands and product improvements.
  • Represent VortexWeb in virtual events, webinars, and networking forums targeting international clients.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record in IT sales, SaaS sales, or CRM/ERP consulting.
  • Strong ability to generate own leads and not depend solely on marketing-driven leads.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus for MENA region).
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones (US, UK, MENA).
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and persistent.

Tools & Platforms Familiarity

  • CRM Tools: Bitrix24, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho (knowledge of any is valuable).
  • Sales Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io.
  • Collaboration Tools: Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams.

Proposal & Documentation: Google Workspace, MS Office, Notion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
