What You’ll Do
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork/Freelancer
- Craft compelling client-focused proposals and maintain high response rates
- Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Nurture leads into opportunities and schedule client meetings
- Collaborate with the technical team to align proposals with client needs
- Track and manage leads/opportunities in CRM or structured reports
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Upwork bidding / online marketplaces
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong written & spoken English communication skills
- Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS, etc.)
- Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated
Nice-to-Have:
- CRM knowledge (HubSpot/Zoho)

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
