What You’ll Do

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork/Freelancer
  • Craft compelling client-focused proposals and maintain high response rates
  • Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Nurture leads into opportunities and schedule client meetings
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align proposals with client needs
  • Track and manage leads/opportunities in CRM or structured reports

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Upwork bidding / online marketplaces
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong written & spoken English communication skills
  • Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS, etc.)
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated

Nice-to-Have:

  • CRM knowledge (HubSpot/Zoho)
  • Cold outreach experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
