We are seeking a skilled Laser Therapist / Skin Practitioner with a strong background in advanced aesthetic procedures and a passion for helping patients achieve their best results. Ideal candidates are confident in both clinical performance and patient education that supports treatment uptake and results-driven upselling, while also contributing to patient referrals across multiple specialties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform safe and effective laser hair removal and aesthetic skin treatments (facials, peels, rejuvenation, pigmentation & acne protocols)
• Conduct professional consultations and create personalized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Educate patients on treatment benefits, skincare protocols, and packages to support long-term results
• Support cross-clinical referrals to our Dermatology, Aesthetics, and Dental departments, ensuring patients receive comprehensive care
• Assist Dermatologist and Aesthetic Doctors with clinical nursing support when required
• Recommend retail skincare suitable for treatment goals and aftercare
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow DHA consent and safety standards
• Provide an exceptional patient experience that builds loyalty and referrals

Requirements

• DHA eligibility or valid DHA License (Laser Therapist / Beauty Therapist Category)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with medical-grade aesthetic and laser technologies
• Excellent patient consultation skills with proven ethical upselling aligned with treatment results
• Ability to collaborate with multiple specialties and confidently guide patients to the right clinical services
• Knowledge of skincare products, post-treatment care, and treatment planning
• Professional grooming, communication skills, and a passion for continued education in aesthetics
