Beauty Therapy Diploma Trainer – Key Responsibilities (Indeed Pointers)
- Deliver high-quality training for Beauty Therapy Diploma modules including skin care, facial treatments, body therapies, hair removal, makeup, nail care, and salon management.
- Conduct theory and practical sessions while ensuring student safety, professionalism, and adherence to industry standards.
- Demonstrate treatments step-by-step and guide students with hands-on practice, correcting techniques when needed.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and practical evaluation sheets as per curriculum requirements.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive learning environment for diverse student groups.

- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, tools, and industry best practices, integrating them into training sessions.
- Ensure proper use, hygiene, sterilization, and maintenance of all tools, equipment, and machines in the training area.

- Maintain student records, attendance sheets, assessment forms, and training logs accurately.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation requirements, and professional standards.
- Participate in trainer meetings, workshops, and continuous professional development activities.
- Support students with career guidance, salon readiness, and professional conduct training.
- Uphold a professional, friendly, and encouraging attitude to maintain strong trainer–student rapport.
- Represent the institution with professionalism and integrity at all times.
