Requirements:

Master’s degree in behavioral science, behavioral economics, psychology, organizational behavior, behavioral finance, economics

Doctorate preferred (not required)

Designed and Created Behavioral Science Research Labfrom scratch (Need to build out the infrastructure for a research lab)

Determine what platforms that the lab should work from

Determine / understand cost for research (per test)

Build infrastructure to build these tests in a repeatable way

Strong technical research acumen required.

Design and manage behavioral research projects from concept to publication. Public or industry-facing publications preferred.

Strong vendor management and partnership development skills.

Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex research into compelling narratives.

Building thought leadership platforms or public-facing research programs

Desired Certification: Financial Therapist

Support other Behavioral Scientists in the firm with testing

Client has surveys and research, adding more extensive behavioral research

Tests: RCTs, AB test, example: randomize people into 2 groups and measure outcomes. Where Outcome - Group 1 behavior has 10% conversion in our lab test.
