We’re looking for a Bellman who will play a crucial role in providing exemplary guest service by efficiently handling guest arrivals, departures, and luggage assistance. Acting as a welcoming ambassador of the hotel, the Bellman ensures a positive first impression for guests. This role involves the secure and timely transport of luggage and guests providing directions and information, and contributing to the overall smooth and courteous operation of the hotel. The Bellman plays a crucial part in enhancing the guest experience and establishing a favorable atmosphere from the moment of arrival.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Guest Arrival and Departure - Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process, providing information about hotel services.

Luggage Assistance - Safely and securely, transport guest luggage to and from rooms or designated areas. Provide assistance with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.

Information and Directions - Offer directions and information about local attractions, restaurants, and points of interest. Ensure guests have the necessary information to make the most of their stay.

Vehicle Assistance - Assist guests with vehicle-related services, including valet parking and retrieval. Maintain a courteous and efficient approach when handling guest transportation needs.

Communication - Effectively communicate with front desk staff and other departments to coordinate guest services. Report any guest issues or special requests to appropriate personnel.

Hotel and Local Knowledge - Stay updated on the hotel product and local events, attractions, and services to offer informed recommendations to guests. Possessing a comprehensive understanding of city streets, local businesses, and the intricacies of public transportation schedules.

Safety and Security - Ensure the safety and security of guest belongings during transportation.

Lobby Maintenance - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, including luggage carts. Assist with managing guest traffic flow in the lobby during peak times.

Team Collaboration - Collaborate with other hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, and valet, to provide seamless services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,250.00 per month

License/Certification:
