Description of Work

This position is deemed eligible for hybrid telework under OSHR's Telework Policy.
Recruitment Range: $75,000 - $90,000

Proven expertise in delivering presentations and training on benefits plans, procedures, and processes.
Established experience with employee benefit programs and enrollment systems.
Required experience in managing HR benefit policies and procedures.
Demonstrated skills in technical analysis and problem-solving.
Knowledgeable of modern office methods and equipment, including experience with personal computers utilizing SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Experience in gathering statistical data for reporting related to employee benefits.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
Licensure or Credentials Required
Must have a valid driver’s license.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with State Benefits .

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree, typically in Human Resources or related field from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of experience required; or High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; or equivalent combination or education and experience.
