JOB SUMMARY: Work directly with the Acadian Human Resources team to support the administration of the Acadian benefits program

- Support all benefit inquiries/calls related to 401(k)/ESOP, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Account, and ancillary benefits
- Assist the Human Resources team with answering calls related to general HR inquiries
- Educate employees on all company benefits during new hire orientations
- Assist with data entry to include benefits enrollments, terminations, and other employee benefit changes
- Maintain knowledge of company benefit campaigns, vendor relationships, and enrollment processes to include new hire enrollment and open enrollment
- Maintain employee benefit premium billing and reconciliation due to employees missing
paychecks - Process the payment of biweekly and/or monthly employer benefit invoices
- Support the 401(k)/ESOP programs related to enrollment, withdrawal requests, loan
applications and distributions along with communicating with attorneys and auditors as
needed - Perform general administrative work such as scanning, filing, copying, mailing, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of Benefits Administration experience and/or Human Resources experience preferred
- Maintain social, ethical and organizational norms.
- Maintain good personal motivation; develop a sense of ownership of job tasks and results
- Must have a sense of urgency for all work performed.
- Ability to work under the pressure of meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Composition skills (letter writing, memorandums, documents); phone etiquette, experience w/Microsoft Suite and Google Suite products, public speaking experience, good organizational skills, previous customer service experience preferred, and basic math skills.
