Position Overview

The Application Developer/Analyst will work closely with Advanced Engineering team members to maintain and enhance business-critical applications. The team designs and develops custom solutions that integrate with modern SaaS platforms specific to the legal industry. The Application Developer/Analyst will have the opportunity to enhance their technical skills while supporting the firm’s use of key platforms, including Filevine, a SaaS case management platform. This role will also work with the Business Intelligence team to engineer business application interfaces via commercial API’s and IPaaS platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions in customized SaaS applications
  • Create custom integrations between applications
  • Troubleshoot and provide application support to users
  • Perform solutions testing prior to deployment to assure quality
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications, processes, and system configurations
  • Collaborate with Advanced Engineering, Business Intelligence and other IT teams to deliver technical solutions

Core Competencies and Experience

  • Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, Java, etc.).
  • Familiarity with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDSLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience administering or configuring SaaS applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and integration techniques.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Filevine, DOMO, Microsoft Fabric
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of Microsoft Graph API and IPaaS integration techniques
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours.
