Job Description — Bid Specialist (Smart Mobility & AI Solutions)
Position: Bid Specialist
Experience: 2–4 Years
Education: Graduate degree (B.Tech/ BE/ in ECE/ IT/ Computer Science)
MBA (Optional)
Department: Smart Mobility & AI Solutions
Location: Gurugram.
Joining Time: Immediate (Preference)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, dedicated and detail-oriented Bid Specialist with 2–4
years of experience in preparing, submitting and managing technical and commercial
bids/tender/proposal for Smart Mobility, ITMS, ITS, AI-based traffic/surveillance
solutions and Computer Vision projects.
The Bid Specialist will play a critical role in coordinating the end-to-end project
lifecycle, ensuring timely submissions, accurate documentation, compliance and
high-quality proposals that position the company competitively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and market Research
- Identify relevant tenders from website and Tender Portals
- Maintaining database for the identified tenders and bids
2. Bid Preparation & Documentation
- Prepare complete bid documents including technical and non-technical
- documentation like checklist, bid summary, eligibility criteria, compliances, BOQ
and supporting annexures/documentation.
- Study RFPs, RFQs, EOIs and tender documents to ensure full understanding of
requirements.
- Draft, compile and format proposals for Smart Mobility, ATMS/ITMS, ITS, Traffic
Enforcement solutions, ATCC, ANPR, and AI-driven Computer Vision solutions
etc.
3. Bid Submission & Coordination
- Should be well versed with multiple government Tender portals like GeM, State
E-procurement portal, NIC, state portals, international tender portals.
- Upload and submit bids on government portals (GeM, eTender, NIC, state
portals) and private bid platforms.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted before
deadlines.
- Maintain a structured record of all submissions, versions, logins and approval
2flows.
4. Knowledge & Research
- Stay updated on latest technologies, industry Guidelines/ standards.
- Maintain a repository of templates, case studies, certificates and company
profiles.
- Conduct competitive research to strengthen bid positioning.
