We are looking for a Bid & Upseller Specialist to join our growing digital marketing and software agency . This hybrid role combines bidding expertise and client relationship management , focusing on acquiring new projects and maximizing value from existing clients.


You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing compelling proposals on freelancing and project-based platforms, and nurturing relationships with current clients to offer upgrades, renewals, and additional services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and bid on relevant digital marketing, web development, and software projects.
  • Prepare customized, high-quality proposals that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients to convert leads into projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Recommend suitable digital marketing, web, or software solutions to enhance client performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) for accurate pricing and delivery timelines.
  • Track bidding performance, client retention, and upselling results through regular reports.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bidding and/or client upselling within a digital marketing or IT company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
