About Us

The Monk is one of Dubai’s leading Indo-Chinese restaurant brands, renowned for our MSG-free cuisine, authentic wok flavors, and exceptional customer experience. With four outlets and a growing delivery network, we are looking for highly experienced and professional Delivery Riders to join our team and represent our brand on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders accurately and promptly to customers across assigned delivery zones.
• Ensure safe handling of food packages and maintain product quality during delivery.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and company delivery protocols.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Provide polite and professional customer interactions at all times.
• Report any delivery issues, customer complaints, or route delays to the outlet manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of delivery experience in the UAE (preferably with restaurants or aggregators such as Talabat, Deliveroo, or Careem).
• Valid UAE Motorcycle License (Category 1) – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai roads and navigation applications (Google Maps / Waze).
• Basic communication in English and Hindi.
• Must be disciplined, reliable, and customer-oriented.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts (including weekends and evenings).
• Preference will be given to candidates with their own bike.
