Bilingual Customer Support Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and fluent Bilingual Customer Support Agent (English & Spanish) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients throughout their debt settlement process, ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism at every step. You will play a key role in connecting clients with their financial goals and delivering a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish.
• Provide accurate and clear information regarding debt settlement programs.
• Assist clients in understanding their plans, procedures, and next steps.
• Maintain detailed and updated client records in the system.
• Ensure high-quality service and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient and effective client resolutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken) is mandatory.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in finance, banking, or debt relief, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software will be considered an advantage.
