Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bilingual English Speaker. The individual in this role will be responsible for communicating with clients and team members in both English and their native language, managing project documentation, attending virtual meetings, and translating written materials. Additional responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing. Daily tasks include lead generation, conducting outreach activities, holding meetings with potential clients, and maintaining customer relationships. The representative will also provide training and support to clients as needed.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and at least one other language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management
  • Experience in managing project documentation and translation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in providing training and support
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Prior experience in a bilingual role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Linguistics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field



Nice to Have

  • Experience calling U.S.-based businesses or startups
  • Familiarity with HR or SaaS products
  • Prior remote work experience
  • Working in the following areas is a plus: Customer success/support agents, Account managers, HR/recruiting coordinators (especially for offshore clients), Business development reps (BDRs) and SaaS SDRs, or Marketing specialists (digital, content, SEO).
