This is a dynamic, high-impact role requiring professional bilingual skills (English/Spanish) to effectively coordinate our hydraulics field service operations and provide critical administrative support to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction across the entire Texas region.
Critical Requirement
24/7 Availability: The Bilingual Field Service Coordinator must be available to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including nights, weekends, and holidays) to respond to urgent field issues and dispatches throughout the Texas region.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Bilingual Field Service Coordinator is the central point of contact, responsible for coordinating the following key areas:
Field Operations & Regional Coordination
- Coordinate and manage daily field operations across the Texas region, ensuring smooth execution of projects, service calls, and scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Emergency Dispatch: Immediately respond to 24/7 on-call requests to dispatch drivers and field personnel for urgent hydraulics failures or emergency service needs anywhere in the region.
- Support project coordination by tracking progress, adherence to deadlines, and status of deliverables between the office and dispersed field crews.
- Collaborate effectively with field drivers and technicians to ensure efficient deployment and communication.
Administrative & Financial Support
- Utilize Servicetitan for financial recordkeeping, invoice processing, and clerical tasks related to field projects and expenses.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including accurate data entry, filing, document management, and preparation of field reports.
- Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and field equipment/parts to prevent operational delays.
- Utilize Platform's for email correspondence, document creation, and collaborative team planning.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bilingual Fluency: Professional verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a clerical, administrative, or dispatch role is preferred.
- Demonstrated familiarity with Platforms for financial recordkeeping and clerical support.
- Proficiency in using Platforms (or similar office software) for communication and collaboration.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complex inquiries and provide effective support.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a technical, hydraulics, hoses, construction, or field service environment is a significant plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
