Summary of Position:
- Prepare and file Immigration applications and petitions with government agencies
- Assemble legal documents and packages
- Perform legal research as needed
- Provides administrative and legal support to an assigned lawyer to enhance effective case management
- Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files, monitoring calendars and meeting deadlines, documenting actions, inputting information into case management software, confirming case status with attorney
- Manages legal documentation and client correspondence in strict confidence
- Translates documents (English/Spanish)
- Meet with clients
Required skills & knowledge: Immigration and/or Social Security experience is a plus! We require successful applicants to be bilingual and be able to work 40 hours a week. The ideal candidate must be able to:

Knowledge required: Proficiency with Word and Excel. Must have excellent writing and communication skills.
