Bilingual Logistics Coordinator

A well established Trucking Logistics company at SW Houston is seeking a potential candidate to join our growing organization. In this position, you will oversee and manage our transportation need. Our overall goal is to find the right person to manage the trucking business. We will train no experience candidate and consider OPT and H1B.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Plan and manage transportation, and customer services
-Liaise and negotiate with key players such as customers, brokers and owner operators
-Track transport costs, delivery timelines, and etc.
-Coordinate skills to oversee delivery schedules
-Address any problems or complaints that may arise quickly and amicably
-Staying on budget, increase sales revenue and volume

Requirements and Qualifications

-BS in business administration, logistics, supply chain or relevant field
-Team work and result orientated
-Working knowledge and experience with Steam Ship Lines, Ports and Railroads is a plus
-Excellent skills in verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
-Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
-Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
-Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• Intermodal Trucking: 3 years (Preferred)
