Position Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) attorney with a minimum of two years of experience in personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will handle cases from client consultation through litigation, communicate effectively with clients, and work collaboratively with our legal team to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Arkansas (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation (required)
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations and manage cases through litigation
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates
