Dispatcher - Transportation & Logistics (Temp-to-Hire)
Cerritos, CA | $18-$20/hr | Full-Time, Onsite (Mon-Fri)

What You'll Do
- Keep the wheels turning by assigning and dispatching drivers to daily routes
- Communicate with drivers (in Spanish + English) to give updates and special instructions
- Monitor progress through dispatch systems and GPS, stepping in to troubleshoot issues
- Partner with customer service, billing, and safety teams to keep operations seamless
- Maintain accurate records of driver logs, schedules, and reports
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of dispatching or transportation/logistics coordination experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Access a plus)
- Spanish fluency required (majority of drivers are Spanish-speaking)
- Strong multitasker who can stay cool under pressure and problem-solve quickly
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
