About the Role:

Williams Caputo is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Attorney to handle after-hours and weekend client intakes. This is a flexible, remote opportunity perfect for someone looking to supplement their income by connecting with potential clients outside of traditional business hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from potential clients during evenings and weekends
• Conduct initial case evaluations and assess eligibility
• Explain our legal process, services, and next steps clearly and professionally
• Complete intake forms and contracts accurately
• Provide a compassionate, professional experience that makes every caller feel heard and supported

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication skills and a client service mindset
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for client calls
• Availability to work evenings and weekends on an as-needed basis
• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation

Schedule

• Weekday evenings: Beginning at 5:30 PM CST
• Weekends: Saturday and Sunday

Compensation

• To be determined based on experience

• Experience with personal injury
• Previous client intake
