To provide and introduce new skills and knowledge to new and current employees. The overall objective is to conduct seminars and lectures efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and schedule classes (Courses, Seminars)
- Maintain open communication with management regarding training outcomes and employee development.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and adherence to company procedures post-training.
- Conduct needs assessments using surveys, interviews, performance metrics, and collaboration with department leaders.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate engaging training sessions, including new hire onboarding, skill development workshops, and refresher courses.
- Utilize various instructional methods such as lectures, simulations, role-playing, hands-on activities, and multimedia presentations.
- Obtain and organize training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
- Track and report on training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance training programs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching or support as needed to reinforce key concepts.
- Develop and reach strategic company-aligned goals.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organizational and strategic time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage training tasks with minimal supervision.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Proficiency with basic computer programs and presentation tools
- Prior experience in a teaching, coaching, or training environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the auto insurance industry is a plus but not required.
- A strong selling background with an understanding of commission selling is strongly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
