Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of wireless devices.
• Assist customers with product selection, upselling additional services and accessories.
• Maintain an organized stock of merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is well-presented.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Supervise sales floor activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and basic inventory management.
• Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication techniques.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus but not required.
• A passion for technology and wireless products is highly desirable.
