Billing and Proposal Engineer (Civil)

we are hiring BILLING CUM PROPOSAL ENGINEER (CIVIL) with experience of 2 to 5 yrs. for different construction sites in Delhi/NCR.

Following are the Role Task required for the position :

1. Billing as per DSR

2. Preparing technical proposals and BOQs

3. Coordination with site teams & clients for billing-related documentation

4. Ensuring timely submission of bills and proposals

Following are the Skills required for the position :

1. Ability to read drawings (architectural, structural, services)

2. Calculating quantities for concrete, steel, shuttering, brickwork, finishing, etc.

3. Rate Analysis

4. Knowledge of DSR / market rates

5. Preparing and verifying Bill of Quantities & Understanding tender formats and specifications.

6. Tendering & Proposal Making, Studying tender document, Preparing technical & commercial proposal, Cost estimation and project pricing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
