  • collect and verify dispatch documents such as PO, delivery challan, and weighbridge slip.
  • Prepare invoices accurately for oil sales.
  • Enter all invoice details correctly in SAP.
  • Check product quantity, price, and tax (GST) before finalizing the invoice.
  • Ensure invoice totals and calculations are correct.
  • Attach required supporting documents with each invoice.
  • Share invoices with customers on time.
  • Maintain a record of all invoices in the billing register.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and accounts teams for smooth billing.
  • Resolve any billing errors or discrepancies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
