Position: Billing Engineer (Civil) – Government Projects

Location: Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar
Office: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 years
Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Billing Engineer (Civil) to manage billing, site coordination, and documentation for our ongoing Government Projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of civil works, good command over Excel, and experience in handling site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, measurement sheets, and BOQs
• Manage site measurements and ensure accuracy in quantity calculations
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and clients
• Maintain all project-related documentation, drawings, and approval records
• Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications and government norms
• Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, MIS reporting)
• Visit project sites at Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar as required

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in billing, estimation & measurement
• Proficient in Excel and basic computer applications
• Good knowledge of civil construction activities
• Ability to manage site handling and coordinate with teams
• Strong communication & reporting skills
