Billing Executive Job Description

The Billing Executive will manage all facets of the invoicing process, from generating invoices to tracking payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies. This role requires excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal departments.

Post Billing Executive JobResponsibilities

• Generate and send out invoices to clients promptly.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate billing records and update account information.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure alignment with financial policies.
• Prepare periodic billing reports and financial statements.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to billing.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a billing or finance role.
• Strong understanding of billing processes and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,755.42 per month
