Billing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing cum Software Executive to handle day-to-day billing operations and manage software systems related to sales, inventory, and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for accurate billing, software entry, and smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage sales, purchase, and service bills accurately in ERP or billing software.
• Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN (Material Return Note), and stock entries in the system.
• Update and maintain customer and product data in software.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for data verification.
• Maintain records, reports, and ensure proper backup of billing data.
• Provide software support to team members and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and inventory reports.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
