Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update billing records and databases.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure correct billing as per delivery and order details.
• Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and GST details before invoice creation.
• Handle credit notes, debit notes, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Assist in preparing daily and monthly billing reports for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or administrative roles (preferably in trading or distribution).
• Knowledge of Tally ERP / Excel / GST billing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
