Billing Executive

Operations Management

Oversee daily hospital operations ensuring smooth coordination between departments (Clinical, Billing, and Front Office).

Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Supervise staff performance, handle escalations, and ensure patient satisfaction.

Manage hospital resource utilization and support strategic planning initiatives.

Billing & Revenue Cycle Management

Expertise in OPD/IPD/TPA billing including claim processing, insurance coordination, and revenue reconciliation.

Ensure accuracy in billing, documentation, and timely settlements.

Coordinate with finance teams to monitor revenue generation and reduce outstanding claims.

Business Development & Marketing

Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, corporates, and referral partners.

Design and implement marketing strategies to enhance hospital visibility and patient footfall.

Coordinate with local healthcare networks, corporate health check-up programs, and government tie-ups.

Monitor competition and identify growth opportunities in the healthcare market.

Team Leadership

Lead, train, and motivate cross-functional teams across departments.

Drive team targets in business development, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,352.71 - ₹35,000.00 per month
