Qualification:

Graduate in any Field

Work Experience:

1-3 years of experience healthcare or Multispecialty Hospital Industry.

Job Description:

• Greetings patients when they enter the hospital
• Answer telephones and respond to queries of patients ?
• Help the patients fill out necessary forms and applications for their treatment
• Gather billing or insurance information from the patient
• Distribute incoming and outgoing mails, calls, other sources to their respective destinations
• Provide patients and other departments of the hospital with necessary billing information
• Manage the Documentation of patient files.
• Take follow up of the patients claims/insurance process.
• Handling Billing process.
• Check the files properly of cashless patients and take regular followup.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
