1. Invoice Preparation

  • Generate customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Verify billing amounts, rates, taxes, and discounts.

2. Data Entry & Record Management

  • Maintain and update billing records in software (Excel/Tally/ERP).
  • Ensure all billing data is accurate and up to date.

3. Payment Coordination

  • Follow up with clients for due and pending payments.
  • Record payments received and reconcile with outstanding invoices.

4. GST & Tax Handling

  • Apply correct GST rates on invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with tax rules and company policies.

5. Communication with Clients

  • Resolve customer billing queries via phone/email.
  • Share invoice copies, statements, and payment reminders.

6. Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for billing details.
  • Verify orders, delivery notes, and supporting documents before billing.

7. Report Preparation

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing and outstanding reports.
  • Assist the accounts team in audits or financial checks.

8. Error Checking & Corrections

  • Identify and correct billing errors, mismatches, or duplicate entries.
  • Maintain error-free and transparent billing processes.

9. Document Management

  • Safely store invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure proper filing (hard copy or digital).

10. Software Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, ERP, or billing software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,326.55 - ₹15,000.00 per month
