1. Prepare and submit running and final bills in accordance with project progress and contractual terms (RA bills, interim bills, final bills, etc.)
2. Track and record work progress (on-site and off-site) to ensure accurate invoicing.
3. Coordinate with site engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors for measurement verification and certification.
4. Maintain and update records of billing documents, material reconciliation, cost analysis, and variations.
5. Verify subcontractor/vendor bills against BOQ, work orders, and site execution.
6. Review and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes with clients or vendors.
7. Assist in preparing cost-to-complete forecasts and cash flow projections.
8. Support audit and compliance processes with proper documentation.
9. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, tax (GST), and contractual obligations in billing processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
