BIM Architect

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Architect with strong proficiency in Revit Architecture and hands-on experience in delivering coordinated architectural models. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of industry experience and a solid understanding of BIM workflows, architectural detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and refine architectural BIM models with high accuracy using Revit Architecture.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, schedules, and documentation as per project standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other BIM teams to ensure fully integrated models.
• Conduct and support clash detection, model review, and design validation using Navisworks or similar tools.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Revit Architecture (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building codes, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and understanding of coordination workflows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹42,387.63 - ₹65,818.31 per month
