- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for precast concrete components, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate design changes and resolve clashes using BIM software.
- Collaborate with the production team to translate BIM models into manufacturing-ready details and drawings.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables adhere to company standards and project requirements.
- Conduct clash detection and coordinate conflict resolution between different disciplines.
- Maintain version control and documentation of BIM files and related project data.
- Support the implementation of BIM workflows within the precast manufacturing environment.
- Train and assist project team members on BIM tools and best practices.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and schedules related to BIM activities. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging BIM technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Coordinate with other departments whenever needed.
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of himself/herself and others who may be affected by their acts or omissions

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Industry related experience
Expertise in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
