BIM Coordinator

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for precast concrete components, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate design changes and resolve clashes using BIM software.
• Collaborate with the production team to translate BIM models into manufacturing-ready details and drawings.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables adhere to company standards and project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate conflict resolution between different disciplines.
• Maintain version control and documentation of BIM files and related project data.
• Support the implementation of BIM workflows within the precast manufacturing environment.
• Train and assist project team members on BIM tools and best practices.
  Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and schedules related to BIM activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging BIM technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Coordinate with other departments whenever needed.
• Take reasonable care for the health and safety of himself/herself and others who may be affected by their acts or omissions
• Cooperate with anything the employer does to comply with OHS requirements.
• Comply with HSE requirements communicated in HSE induction, Procedures, and policies.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Industry related experience

Expertise in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
