BIM Counselor-Course Advisor

Position Overview:

EduCADD is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable BIM Counsellor-Course Advisor to guide prospective students toward realizing their potential in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM). This vital role focuses on understanding the career aspirations of individuals and matching them with the most suitable, industry-aligned BIM training programs offered by EduCADD. As BIM Counsellor-Course Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the BIM learning programs offered by EduCADD, providing information on courses, enrolment procedures and helping them make informed decisions about their education and career paths. Achieving monthly targets will be prime responsibility of this role.

Key Responsibilities

Student Consultation: Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions (in-person, phone, or virtual) with prospective students, parents, and working professionals.

Course Advising: Clearly explain the details, scope, duration, and career outcomes of various BIM courses offered

Career Path Guidance: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on job market trends, salary expectations, and career progression within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries globally and locally.

Enrollment Coordination: Guide students through the admission and enrollment process, ensuring all documentation and formalities are completed accurately and efficiently.

Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through various marketing channels, maintaining a detailed record in the CRM system.

Events & Outreach: Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and campus events to promote EduCADD's BIM programs and build brand visibility.

Market Feedback: Collect feedback on course demand and student needs, relaying insights back to the academic and marketing teams to improve offerings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream. A background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or Counselling is a plus.

Experience:

· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in educational counselling, admissions, sales, or business development, preferably within the technical training or vocational education sector.

Crucially, a strong foundational knowledge of BIM concepts and their application in the AEC industry is highly desirable.

Core Competencies:

Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

· Proven track record of achieving enrolment or sales targets.

· Highly empathetic, patient, and persuasive communicator.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
