About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated BIM designer to join our BIM department. This position plays a key role in bridging the gap between conceptual project designs and fabrication-ready models and install-ready drawings. You'll work directly with other contractors and project managers to develop accurate 3D models and shop drawings for a variety of projects in the pre-fabrication design phase. You will also support our field foreman and teams to bring your drawings into the real world.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with project managers and other contractors to interpret preliminary project concepts and coordinate systems to fit and be installable for field teams.

· Develop 2D and 3D models using Autodesk Revit and NavisWorks.

· Produce accurate, fabrication-ready designs aligned with project timelines and specifications.

· Maintain and organize digital design files and documentation.

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Autodesk Revit or similar software

· Entry-level candidates will be considered; prior experience is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Completion of coursework or formal training in HVAC system design or related field.

· Familiarity with construction or fabrication processes.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
