Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer with expertise in Aluminum and Façade systems to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) to support façade design, fabrication, and installation processes. This role requires strong technical knowledge, precision, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple disciplines to ensure efficient and accurate project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for aluminum and façade works.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings using Revit and related BIM tools.
• Coordinate façade systems with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
• Perform clash detection and assist in resolving design or coordination issues with consultants and contractors.
• Ensure all designs comply with UAE building codes, project specifications, and BIM standards.
• Generate quantities, material take-offs, and schedules directly from BIM models for estimation and planning.
• Provide technical BIM support to design, engineering, and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Engineer, preferably within the Aluminum & Façade industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or equivalent platforms).
• Strong understanding of façade design principles, fabrication processes, and installation methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary and fast-paced project environment.
