As part of our expansion in Chennai, we are looking for skilled BIM Engineers – Architecture & Structural to join our growing team.

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma / Master’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.
  • Certification or training in BIM, Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, AutoCAD, or structural modeling is an added advantage.

Job Description

The BIM Engineer – Architecture & Structural will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed BIM models for architectural and structural elements, ensuring coordination, compliance, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for Architectural and Structural disciplines using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Implement and update BIM standards, templates, workflows, and project protocols.
  • Ensure BIM models meet project requirements, company standards, and international guidelines.
  • Perform clash detection, model audits, and interdisciplinary coordination with MEP and other teams.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and project teams for smooth design integration.
  • Prepare documentation including BEP (BIM Execution Plan), model delivery schedules, drawing sets, and project reports.
  • Manage LOD (Level of Development) and LOI (Level of Information) throughout various project stages.
  • Develop and maintain BIM content libraries such as families, components, structural elements, and parametric objects.
  • Prepare models for authority submissions and assist during reviews and approvals.
  • Support data extraction, quantity take-offs, and integration with PDM systems.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture or Revit Structure (mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of architectural layouts, structural elements, framing systems, and building codes.
  • Knowledge of RCC and steel detailing (added advantage).
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination and model validation.
  • Good hands-on experience in AutoCAD.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and team coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹13,126.32 - ₹26,832.49 per month
