BIM Engineer - MEP

•* *BIM Modeling & Coordination

1. Develop and manage 3D MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) models using BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP).

2. Ensure accurate representation of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.

3. Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to resolve clashes and maintain design integrity.

•* *Design Support

1. Assist in preparing detailed MEP shop drawings and construction documents.

2. Support engineers in design development by translating 2D drawings into BIM models.

3. Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

•* *Clash Detection & Resolution

1. Run clash detection reports using Navisworks or similar tools.

2. Collaborate with design consultants and contractors to resolve conflicts before construction.

•* *Documentation & Standards

1. Maintain BIM execution plans and ensure adherence to company/project BIM standards.

2. Generate schedules, quantity take-offs, and reports directly from BIM models.

•* *Collaboration & Communication

1. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to provide BIM-related support.

2. Participate in coordination meetings and present BIM outputs to stakeholders.

•* *Quality & Efficiency

1. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in BIM deliverables.

2. Implement best practices to improve workflows and reduce errors

•* *Education Background

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

2. Preferred Qualifications:

3. Diploma or certification in BIM technologies (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo).

4. Knowledge of international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, ISO 19650 for BIM).

•* *Experience Requirement

1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP design and BIM modeling.

2. Proven track record of working on large-scale projects (commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial).

3. Experience in clash detection, coordination, and BIM execution planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
