Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Lead to oversee BIM operations for international projects and guide a growing offshore BIM team. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of total experience, with 4–5 years dedicated to BIM workflows, strong technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Project Coordination: Lead BIM execution across international projects (US, UK, Australia) while ensuring accuracy, quality, and project deliverables. Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and BIM consultants.
  
• Team Guidance: Mentor and support a team of BIM modelers and coordinators. Contribute to building and scaling high-performing offshore teams based on client and business requirements.
  
• Technical Excellence: Develop, manage, and review BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and BIM 360. Work across various disciplines including architectural, structural, MEP, roadways, or infrastructure—expertise in at least two is preferred.
  
• Workflow Optimization: Assist in creating scripts and automated workflows to increase productivity and reduce manual effort. Promote BIM best practices, standards, and protocols across all project phases.
  
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings. Ensure compliance with BIM standards, client requirements, and industry guidelines.
  
• Continuous Development: Stay updated on BIM trends, emerging tools, and automation techniques. Support the implementation of new technologies within the BIM team.

Qualifications:

• 
  Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Experience: 7+ years total industry experience, with 4–5 years of hands-on BIM project experience. Previous experience in leading or guiding small BIM teams is preferred.
  
• Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and BIM 360. Experience working on residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, warehouses, or infrastructure projects.
  
• Additional Skills: Good understanding of BIM standards and multidisciplinary coordination. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Scripting or automation experience is an added advantage. Certifications like BIM, PMP, LEED is beneficial.
