BIM Manager

Leads the delivery of information management function for project team.

Advises, innovates, understands, develops and implements processes described within ISO19650 series.

Supports the development of BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

Supports the development of Information Requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, and EIR) as per ISO 19650.

Communicates effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Ensures security protocols have been followed for viewing and issuing of information on all projects.

Reviews current technology solutions and researches new solutions to improve the BIM process.

Supports implementation of governance and assurance processes.

Collaborates with the Mace PM and Design teams on procedural elements and compliance with the Mace Way.

Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and manages associated carbon emissions and reductions.
