About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeller to join our engineering and design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and coordinating detailed BIM models that support project execution across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit and other BIM-authoring tools

· Produce coordinated 3D models, drawings, and deliverables in line with project requirements

· Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency

· Conduct clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and prepare BIM reports

· Update models based on design changes, site conditions, and client feedback

· Ensure all BIM works comply with industry standards, project specifications, and company protocols

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeller (MEP, Architectural, Structural, or Multi-discipline)

· Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360

· Good understanding of project coordination, drafting standards, and construction practices

· Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and engineering documents

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

· Experience in UAE/GCC projects is an advantage
