BIM Professional / BIM Coordinator (Navisworks Specialist)

We are seeking an experienced BIM Professional with strong expertise in Autodesk Navisworks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Building Information Models across various disciplines, coordinating project data, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through advanced clash detection, model integration, and visualization workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant software.
• Perform clash detection, model coordination, and issue tracking using Navisworks Manage.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
• Set up and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and quality control procedures.
• Generate visualizations, 4D simulations, and reports for design and construction coordination.
• Support project teams with BIM execution plans (BEP) and project setup.
• Assist in training and supporting project teams in BIM best practices and software usage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with BIM 360, Synchro, or other project collaboration platforms.
• Understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192) and model coordination processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred

• Experience with 4D/5D BIM workflows.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Python, or visual programming for BIM automation.
• Certification in Autodesk Navisworks or BIM Management is a plus.
