About the Role:
The Biomedical Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in handling technical documentation, tender preparation, quotation development, and coordination with hospitals. This role requires basic understanding of biomedical equipment and strong attention to detail. Ideal for fresh graduates and females looking to start a career in Bio Medical Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage tender documents, technical bids, compliance sheets, and supporting paperwork for medical equipment projects.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to collect technical specifications, pricing details, and customer requirements.
  • Assist in creating quotations, proposals, and technical comparisons for clients and institutions.
  • Review tender documents and identify technical requirements, ensuring all submissions meet compliance standards.
  • Maintain documentation, including product brochures, specification sheets, and registration certificates.
  • Communicate with suppliers for technical clarifications, updated specs, and certifications when needed.
  • Support sales operations, including order processing, documentation follow-up, and maintaining status trackers.
  • Work with biomedical engineers and product specialists to understand equipment features and provide accurate technical inputs.
  • Assist in report preparation, including tender summaries, bid status reports, and sales coordination records.
  • Ensure all tender submissions and documentation are completed within deadlines and as per required formats.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic understanding of ICU, NICU, OT, and general biomedical equipment (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple documents simultaneously.
