About The Program
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy BizTech Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and data-driven campaign execution. This role bridges marketing and technology ensuring smooth operations, data accuracy, and optimized workflows to drive marketing effectiveness.
Key
Responsibilities

Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows using tools such as HubSpot, Active Campaign, or Pardot.

Support CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) and ensure data integrity across platforms.

Build and execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and segmentation strategies.

Assist with marketing analytics, campaign performance tracking, and dashboard reporting.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to streamline processes through technology solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing automation or integrations.

Support implementation of new MarTech tools, including documentation and user training.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree BSCS

6 months+ experience in marketing automation or business technology roles.

Working knowledge of at least one marketing automation tool (e.g., HubSpot, GHL, ActiveCampaign).

Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or API integrations (a plus).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
