Should be able to:

- Develop and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, BSC, or other blockchains.

- Design and implement decentralized applications (dApps).

- Ensure security, scalability, and efficiency of blockchain solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Must have:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed university

- 2-3 years of experience in blockchain development.

- Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go.

- Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Polkadot.

- Knowledge of cryptographic principles and security best practices.

- Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, etc.)

- Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.

- Understanding of consensus mechanisms and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
