Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation and finalize definitive agreements with blood banks and related partners.
  • Generate leads and organize blood donation camps in accordance with company targets and timelines.
  • Prepare and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to ensure achievement of agreed business results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including hospitals, NGOs, and corporate partners.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s reach and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and provide regular progress reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (experience in healthcare, NGO, or social impact sectors is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
