Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BMS Technician to support the energy monitoring and tracking division of the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient installation of meters and loggers and configuring the hardware to our in-house software platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve BMS-related issues, alarms, and faults.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on BMS hardware and software.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and configuration of BMS components and field devices (sensors, meters, controllers).
• Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure integrated system performance.
• Analyze system data and trends to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) working with BMS systems (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical controls, and energy management.
• Familiarity with networking, communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks), and automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with energy monitoring and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices related to BMS.
• Certification in BMS or building automation systems is a plus.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,250.00 per month
