  • Orchestrate BMW vehicle ordering, ensuring alignment with market demand, production capacity, and dealer allocations, minimizing order backlog.
  • Develop and implement export planning strategies, considering international regulations, logistics, and customs procedures, ensuring timely vehicle delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end vehicle ordering process, from initial order placement to final vehicle delivery, proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and production forecasts to optimize ordering quantities and model mix, minimizing inventory costs.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to streamline the ordering and export processes, fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Monitor and control vehicle order status, providing regular updates to stakeholders and proactively resolving any delays or discrepancies.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to secure competitive rates and efficient export operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations, including documentation, labeling, and import requirements of destination countries.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall vehicle ordering and export planning performance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on ordering and export performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
